Who are probably wondering, what is a stockist?

Stockist are like fulfillment centers, suppliers, warehouses. When the devices are manufactured these devices are sent to "shipping houses or stockist" around the world.

The stockist then fulfills our orders and ships out the devices to the customer.

This page is our stockist contact information and we will be sharing information on stockist inventory as they provide the information.

If you need to check on your orders, you can message your stockist via text message or on Whatsapp. Please DO NOT call the stockist.

There is one thing to remember, stockist are busy trying to get customers orders out and if a stockist gets multiply text per day then he/she is using that time to reply to text messages and not preparing devices for shipment.

Here's the list of stockists and their phone numbers. It's good too periodically text them to see which ones are oversold the most that way you know who not to use.

 Also if you're checking on the status of your device, make sure you have your delivery order number (DO) to give to the stockist.
